buying based on regard? it's actually going to be based on your level. it won't reduce your regard/levels, just a minimum requirement to be met. expect more things around this concept in the future.

Catherine posted about a bunch of changes made last week, but she left out one important change. Starters were changed to include fewer rare traits. However, it was still taking the player's regard into account when generating the starter so high level players were still pulling a rare trait from a starter in rare instances. Of course, when this did happen they made sure the entire world knew about it, upsetting the rest of the player base. (More...)

Sorry this took a bit to figure out, but I think the issue behind this query has been resolved.

This particular query was causing undo stress on the DB server and has been temp disabled until I figure out the root cause of the issue.

Support ticket system is now working with IE9.

Sorry for those of you who were having troubles with IE9 - there is a nasty bug in IE9 where it doesn't always submit forms properly. However, I did find a work around where our site tells your IE9 to revert back to IE8 behavior and now it will work properly.

FYI, lots of changes coming to the web site this week as we prepare to roll out the premium features. Just letting everyone know things will be in flux and constantly changing as I tinker away.

It will all continue to remain free until we're ready to announce pricing, so enjoy & test the premium stuff - like downloading your Meeroo as an Excel spreadsheet, until then.

Since the Beta testing period our CSR's have been working tirelessly to help you all with any (we hope rare) issues. The CSR team is small, but very dedicated to giving you all the best possible support experience.

To make sure we are able to help as many Meeroo family members as possible, we've implemented a new ticket system. You can gain access to the ticket system by going here http://www.worldofmeeroos.com/index.php?q=meeroos/tickets/0 from your logged in account.

Ok, here's the deal. There is a long standing bug in SL where items picked up and dropped in world are often lost. We are trying our best to get LL the information they need to finally address this issue once and for all.

First off, they don't even know if this is a client or server issue. So if you do lose a Meeroo, report it to us, but while you wait for our CSRs to respond, go here and reply to this JIRA:
