New Ticket Support System Online

Since the Beta testing period our CSR's have been working tirelessly to help you all with any (we hope rare) issues. The CSR team is small, but very dedicated to giving you all the best possible support experience.

To make sure we are able to help as many Meeroo family members as possible, we've implemented a new ticket system. You can gain access to the ticket system by going here from your logged in account.

Please rest assured that the CSR's will still be contactable via IM, but if they have a queue of people in their IM box, they may invite you to either wait for them to get to you, or alternatively to file a ticket. We pride ourselves on the approachability and friendliness of our team, and fully expect that to continue! We'll also continue to offer help and advice where we can in our group chats. The ticket system is for times when you are in a rush, and help you at a time to suit you. Please help us to help you by giving us as much information as possible within the tool to get your issue resolved as swiftly as possible!

Please also remember that your fellow Meeroo family members are also Meeroo experts - in some cases some people have been with us since alpha testing and are more than happy to share their experiences and knowledge - we are a community, and our biggest strength is how we help one another!
