The last few days I have seen a few people saying some very sad things regarding 'I've had enough', 'This is it', and various other things.
Even worse has been people literally just jumping onto bandwagons that don't exist. I have seen several people replying 'OMG YEAH I SO AGREE' to original posters DAYS after the issue has been sorted and resolved further down the thread.
While 100% of people will never be happy, I would like to make a request of the Community to please tone things in a less hostile manner. The anger, resentment and apparent outrage in some posts has been shocking and in some parts distressing.
If you have an issue.. ASK NICELY about it.
To use Catherine's McDonald's analogy.. if you got cold food served to you you will always get better and more comprehensive customer service if you go to the counter and just say 'My food is cold. Can you do something about it please?'. Right now people are literally taking that food, throwing it in staff's faces and following it up with verbal abuse. Which really stinks. Especially if the food isn't actually cold.
So please.. before you post anything.. ask yourself some questions..
1. Am I posting emotionally?
2. Have I read AND understood ALL previous material?
3. Have I read the ENTIRE thread before posting a reply?
4. Am I making assumptions and calling them facts?
5. Have I phrased my post in a manner that promotes positive criticism?

To those this does not apply to.. my appologies. But things have really just gone ga ga of late :(
