I play for the love of the game. I do Not play in the second market. I feel like Meeroos created a game good enough to stand alone. I consider myself a game "purist" meaning I play for the love of the game only. I like the theory of Meeroos that not the deepest pockets "win" but the most dedicated player.

There is so much to do with Roos. But at times it reminds me of living in a small town and hearing all the high school seniors saying "man, this place is boring" well I say "it's not you just have to know how to make your own fun."

So that is why I would like to say, I can't stand the idea of an auto petter. I say why have petting at all then? Also an auto petter or anything like it again widens the gap between the have Lindens and the have nots much lindens. :)

Now I hear people say, well I work or I'm tired . Well what if we were all on a real world baseball team. Now thats just a game thats no one holds a gun to your head to make you join. And well the above excuse wouldn't fly for missing practices or games.
ALso I equate the auto petter and the ethics of it as RL baseball players using steroids.

Then I hear people say well we have primbie the treasure finder, well primbie dont pick the treasure up for us. So his equivalent to petting would be something that told you when it was time to pet.

II have so many thing I could say against the auto petter and anything similar it take me days. But I wont even try because that is not completely my point here.

My point is to find like minded people and give them a pleasant forum to post their feeling. Maybe find strength in numbers. Just you know get to talk about their similar beliefs.

This is not a place to discuss the "3rd party auto petter" please dont or I will beat myself to death with cupcakes and on my suicide note Ill list you to blame. :) Also I dont really feel like this forum being a debate. I think those who are pro auto petter should make their own forum. and again if it turns into a debate I 'll just eat pop rocks with soda and again let my family know you were the reason I could no longer live in such a society .

Now nothing others players do affects me, because again I dont play with them in the second market. And this auto petter thing deepens my conviction to never do so. Besides Im so busy making spreadsheets and watching zoologist on youtube that I dont have time for all that.
