If you click the YOU tab and then the green button on the top left of the hud it should prompt you to load a web page, If you have your viewer set to load web links in the Secondlife Web Browser this could cause issues and you wont be able to download your spread sheets this way. So it is always best to Load URLS with a external Browser such as Firefox, Opera, Chrome, ext.
