My apologies to all, I was struck down by a nasty but thankfully short lived medical issue and have been away for several days.

I'll get caught up on the threads, but I just wanted to post something here as a 'preliminary blanket response', because I see Nocturnals featuring prominently in the busiest threads.

I spoke to Tiger and Catherine separately about 4 days ago.. the last day that I was here until today. I have spoken at length as to the need for an update or progress report for the community. The entire creation team are each busy with their respective 'piece of the puzzle', and I will speak to all of them again as soon as possible.

As I said in my blog, I can't bring answers to you if they have not been given to me.
You may rightly ask what is the point of my role if I can't answer this big burning question.
Here's some of the things I'm doing:

* Keeping up with these forums, helping where I can, and gathering everything I see into one place, my list, so that all concerns/questions/issues can be taken to the creation team in a concise organized way. I can give them 'one link that rules them all', they can get a fast overview before even browsing your threads.

* The contact point for issues that lie outside the support system. I get IMs and notecards in world from those in the community that are uncomfortable with raising their concern in a public forum. I liaise between content creators and the Meeroos creators for issues and questions about permissions, trademarks, licensing, propositions etc.

* Gathering feedback and suggestions for possible future content, content changes, promotions, policy changes, activities, and resources.

Before I proposed this role, I saw that many of you needed to know that the issues and questions raised in these forums were being read, that you were being heard.

Your threads, notecards and IMs are being read, I am listening, and you have someone here who is collating all this information and taking it to the creators directly. Decisions made as a result of all this, and information given back as a result of this, is completely at the discretion of the creation team.

I'm not a meek little sparrow, I don't quietly leave notes and tiptoe away. I jump up and down, wave my arms, and say what's on my mind. Please know that you are represented strongly.
