Let's start with what, perhaps, is the most important question you'll need to answer:

How do we get ahold of you?

Yes, you've said you'll be standing on Roo for direct conversation. There are two problems with that. First, you'll probably be inundated with people wanting to talk with you. It can be extremely hard to carry on several conversations at once, especially when several will be going on in Local Chat, while others will be by Instant Messages. Second, no matter what hours you choose, a great proportion of those who might wish to speak with you are not going to be able to be online when you are.

Instant messages, when you're offline, will quickly be capped and silently lost. Inventory offers, such as note cards, are not lost, but, in addition to making logging-in very confusing, can be a security risk.

Yes, you've said you'll be prowling these Forums for questions and issues, as well as simply to join in some of the conversations. But, for a myriad of reasons, not everyone is comfortable with speaking publicly.

So, could you please set up an email account for Yukio somewhere so that people can address questions or comments to you, directly, and privately? And, if you do, could you please make it a habit of mentioning that email often rather than burying it on a web? Perhaps you could have the masthead for the Forum and Blog pages changed so that your name, office hours on Roo, and email address appear on every page?

Part of improving communications is not only having someone to speak with, but also ensuring that person is easy to contact.
