Dayroo-tree with the butterflys. I liked so much to watch the egg change in a catterpillar and then in a nice butterfly. A butterlfy who sings so lovely and plays with my Meeroos. And this butterfly protects my Meeroos in nice fights against black animals, who want attack my Meeroos. For me the Dayroo was a wonderful thing.
I ask me, why you, 'MS' can not develop such surprising nice things. You did build a wonderful product with the Meeroos and i nearly ask me every day, how it comes, a company, who develops such a wonderful cute animal, has somehow stoped to do more. You did build the look, the animations, the scripts, the idea of the Meeroos and this before over a year.
1) My first idea, what i would like to see, i think is easy to implement for such talented persons, who developed Meeroos. Build something like the money-tree in SIMS, but build this tree for berries, jungle vine, desert grass. Maybe let the Meeroos dig one sometimes, so it is a luck thing to get one or maybe give it as gift for regard, maybe a berrie-tree for 1 million regard, junglevine for 2 mill., desert grass for 3 million. This tree can be no transfer and i think it would be ok, he gives enough food, one Meeroo can live from for a month, so you still have to buy food.
2) Do you really need to sell the Nocturnals in starter-packs? With the food of 28 Meeroos for 4 weeks the starterpack for 5500 Linden would be paid. So i am sure you make the big amount of money not with starter-packs, you make it with food. Think about my topic, to have fun in a game: Surprises are needed. How would it be when the number 8's of the species, who all are black, get sense. They are black because of evolution and are the coats, who will start to give the Nocturnals. This way Diurnals would make sense again and all would try to breed the number 8 to get a Nocturnal.
I do not like at all the idea you can match Diurnals with Nocturnals, go get Hybrids. This makes the programming much to complicated and the handling of it for the player too, there are much to much possible combinations. When there are to much different Meeroos out, this would be not fun. Give the Diurnals another sense, let them be the step to get the Nocturnals.
3) The singing stones were a wonderful surprise. Here you did show what you can. I am sure things like this bind the players to a game. New kind of houses, clothes for the Meeroos, statues and so on, are nice, but i am sure not really important to make player happy, these things are nice, but not really a special surprise.
