Ok, so I didn't know which subject to write so I'm sorry if it is blurry.
Here is a question about multiple mutations in an "old" meeroos family (and there again, it's blurry).
When I bred my first Coral, it came from an Azure and a Snowpaw. I expect them to breed more Corals but I wasn't sure if they would because new coats are supposed to come as a mutation.
As I expected it, they didn't breed any new coat anymore, nor even one Coral. They just bred random "old" coats.
Then, five days ago, my couple of Sakuras, which have totally NO new coat genes in the background, threw me a Sapphire. It was unexpected and I danced a little bit.

I assumed that they wouldn't throw me any new coat anymore, since I had learned previously that new coats come from mutations...
However, today, here is what they are giving me :

An imperial ... @.@
Means that my Sapphire has now an Imperial brother.
This is completely unexpected and there I'm dancing a bit more.
So my question is : did it happen to any of you to see this happen ? Like... You have 2 meeroos, a boy and a girl who love each other and by the miracle of life, they throw you a new coat without having any new coat in the background... And the next week or a few after, they come with another new coat ? @.@
I feel all lost because I really thought that all of that was about mutations, just like Tiger said (to what I think I read @.@) and I didn't expect two mutations for the same couple.
Is it weird or does it happen regularly ? @.@
