Ok lets see if we can knock off the bickering here.
Lets see..there are always 2 sides but i dont really see the point in these forums to bicker about each others opinion about the whole MS.
So lets see if i can make some facts here that might help some people out...who knows...

- Did MS make a good product? - Yes
- Are they pretty, cute cuddely and fun? - Yes
- Are their own products expensive? - Yes and that is their right though. Its up to you to be willing to pay for it.
- Did they make promises? - Yes
- Did they keep them? - As of now No
- Do customers lose their trust in MS that way? - Yes
- Is MS communicating with us? - No not really. We do not get answers nor any replies on the forum. Yes i know Catherine is preggo but if you can make time to make a blogpost about not giving refund anymore, then you can make time for your customers. But then i guess it was more imortant what was good for the company and not the customer...
- Does the customer lose even more trust that way? - Yes
- Does it help to see that the staff has time enough to read a topic where the word "amaretto" is in, and then close it but not to respond to the actual important topics? - No. The opposide IMO to show how much they care.
- Is the breeding game of the diurnals still fun? - Yes and No. I think a lot of people have quit and the others are hanging in there.
- Does MS keep their word about the whole game exclusive the nocs - Pretty much. They promised us a diverse breeding game and that is what it is.

So...In a nutshell...The meeroos are still fun even though insanely expensive with side products and we still love them but MS is loosing their customers by not communicating, not keeping their word and showing the lack of interest..

I just felt the need to say that...>.>
