Once again, I must commend Masquerade on her excellent and prompt service and great customer service skills.
I had a bit of a nightmare due to the SL rolling restarts. I won't go into detail here, but suffice to say that I was completely devastated and spent a stressful and sleepless night stewing over having lost ALL my hard work over the last 8 mths or so.
When I awoke I sent a messy and confusing ticket in, praying that they may be able to help me, and a couple hrs later was contacted by Masquerade and she painlessly fixed the issue and made my day (and year), by returning ALL my missing nests (and there were a LOT)
Thanks again Masquerade, you do an excellent job and I know I am not the only meeroo parent who appreciates all you do.
You totally rock!!! :)
