This is just a suggestion. And it probably does not make much sense. But it's still an idea.

I was thinking if there could be Seasonal Meeroos. Let me say for example, if there were some Winter Meeroos: eg. Snowflake meeroo. And if the probability of their occurrence was more during the winter months than during other months.

So if some breeders got the Snowflake coat, the chances of the Snowflake coat to breed other Snowflake coats during non winter months would decrease. This coat could be reproduced in its original number only during winter. And chances of other meeroos giving the Snowflake coat during non winter months would also decrease even further. Thus, each breeder could find their own niche. Some breeders into winter coats, some into fall coats...and the like.
