I want the story of the meeroos to continue. I want to know the story is still alive, and there will be someone to tell it. I want someone from staff to interact with us here on the forum to help us all stay on topic, to guide us, but not necessarily give anything away they are not allowed to, but to continue where you and Allison left off.

I want you to clear another thing up. The breeding of our meeroos:

How are we doing? Are we breeding forward, or are we breeding backward to go forward? I saw this in a thread, and I want Catherine to explain this. I have read some explanations already so no need to clog this post up.

I want to know Catherine, that we are going to be in capable hands to help us along the way, as MS does not give out any hints tips etc. and that manuals and instructions will be placed where they need to be.

I want to know the upgrade will be smoother than either beta, where people will not loose their meeroos (that was upsetting and scary) and that there will be intrusions with the update to help the CSR's have an easier time with the ongoing update when it gets here.

I have a lot of wants, and I know there has been pitfalls along the way, but I believe once the air is cleared and intentions are presented, perhaps then the community can begin the process of mending itself. There is as I see it a rift, and I do not wish to see it get bigger.

I want you to let us know that MS promises to retain the same graciousness friendliest and helpful staff, and seek to expound efforts to obtain more staff for night time slt hours, as well as someone here on the forum/website.
