Malevay Studios never did answer another critic who seems to have left that being Rory Serpente.

Rory had two pints he kept on about one was the EULA and the other was why did Malevay refuse to confirm or deny they had reported the extortion attempts Catherine wrote about to the appropriate government authorities.

I think I may have the answer.

Malevay Studios is not a legal entity. That is they are not a registered business, company etc in the USA or Australia.

That raises the issue of do they pay taxes? In the USA an employer has to deduct tax and meet other obligations even if an employee earns an extremely low amount for the entire year.

Now if none of the Malevay "owners" two of which have identified themselves as being Levio and Catherine have been keeping all the company records required, declaring they income from Meeroos as income etc. that seems to me to be a really good reason to not want to involve the authorities.

Allison I am not doubting your abilities, however this may be one you want Levio or Catherine to answer.

The question I ask is Malevay Studios are you a properly registered business anywhere and are you keeping the correct company records etc and have you paid your employees the legally required wage and made all legally required payments etc in relation to their employment.

Before anyone of Malevay Studios answers that is company business - if you haven't met you obligations to your employees it is both illegal and worse exploitation of your workers.
