If you look towards the bottom of the FAQ page on this site you will see the following Malevay Studios Staff List

Nothing unusual there one would think until you look at the SL profile of Toxic Menges which says -

No longer associated with Meeroos - Ask me why!
Available for Meeroo DELETED and DELETED :)

The "DELETED" I have inserted to comply with Forum posting rules.

Granted Malevay Studios are known for not exactly being the best at updating their documentation so still listing Toxic Menges as Customer Support Supervisor and not listing Allison as the new Community Manager is perhaps simply Malevay Studios being slow in updating documentation.

However the issue does raise a quite few issues which could be of serious concern to the Meeroo comminity (i.e. us the Malevay Studios Customers).

The CSR Team are essential to ensure the bugs and problems with owners Meeroos are sorted, especially given Linden Labs OS Upgrade and the issues it alone is causing.

So can we please have an answer to the following questions

1. Is there currently a Customer Support Supervisor or anyone in a similar role and if so can we please know who it is.

2. If there is not a Customer Support Supervisor when will there be one and if their is not going to be one who is in charge of the CSR Team.

3. Has this anything to do with the increasing delays in waiting times for a CSR Support Ticket to be dealt with?

4. How many CSR's actually are there and does Malevay Studios consider this a sufficient number?

5. Does Malevay Studios have any plans to reconsider their policy of not allowing CSR's to own Meeroos?
