Communications with your company is spotty, at best.
It's often far too little, and far too late. Your CSR system filters and delays issues by days and weeks and, for some issues, simply avoids answering by blaming third parties.
You and your representatives rarely, if ever, join in Forum discussions. And when you do, it's given to us a final word.
Once, again, you are showing you care so little about your customers that, now, you don't even want them to chat real-time in-world where you actually do, occasionally, participate.
You and your staff have developed a reputation for being often vague, occasionally capricious, and sometimes even catty.
Your continual actions to stifle discussion rather than guide it with timely, accurate communications puts the lie to any claim you make about caring about what your customers think.
Now, not only are we to be delayed and ignored by the CSRs, not only are we to be delayed ignored on the Forums, but should any time-critical issues arise, we're to be forbidden from joining the in-world chat group in the oft-vain hope someone from the company will FINALLY take notice and offer assistance.
So, it's time once again for someone to ask you to HIRE A PUBLIC RELATIONS EXPERT and FOLLOW THEIR ADVICE.
That you have failed to even admit you're seeking one, to me, shows you have no intention of seeking expert advice and will continue to present such an abysmally poor face to your customers.
So, I ask, Catherine, directly and clearly: Why do you even bother?
No, on second thought, Catherine, move this to Feedback. Don't bother answering. I'm sure any answer you could think of would only further go to show how little you care to actually communicate with your customers.
Instead HIRE SOMEONE WHO CAN DO THE JOB and FOLLOW THEIR ADVICE.
I hope, it's clear from my postings that I, like others here, care deeply about your products and want them to succeed. Several of us try, with varying (but what I'd like to think is generally good) success, to help others understand how things work, how to determine where the problems are, and what can be done to mitigate them.
It's high time you stopped trying to avoid your responsibilities and HIRE SOMEONE WHO CAN DO THE JOB and FOLLOW THEIR ADVICE.
