Ticket Date Needed

I opened a ticket at least 5 days ago that has not received any response or acknowledgement. It's a simple ticket involving a missing Roo that SL ate as I tried to re-rez her at a different stump. Got the good old "Attempt to rez object failed" message, but she did not go back into inventory as expected.

I only know I opened this ticket about 5-6 days ago because her assigned mate has come back into season again.

There is no date stamped on the initial creation of the ticket, at least on a player's side. We only see a date (or time) once a CSR has responded or we do an update.

Please fix this, if you can, so we can better track the date we opened a ticket on the website.

Thanks for your attention to this matter, and for hopefully getting to my ticket ASAP.
