Here is the content of the ticket I filed. I am more upset with Malevay that I have EVER been at the moment.

I am very upset at the moment, I just read the notices and the blog about the Pet-O-Matic, so I went to buy it. I got there and found the batteries and bought the 575L one and looked for the petter itself. Someone then starts talking and says its been pulled from the marketplace and roo island because of a problem. REALLY???? I read both of Catherine's blogs and the notices, nothing about the petter being pulled and I spent 575L on a worthless battery. The person I was speaking with said they were told in group chat. Group chat is NOT AN EFFECTIVE MEANS OF COMMUNICATION. I would like to be able to get a pet-o-matic or have my money refunded. I can't afford to buy products I can't use, especially when we WEREN'T told. Why are the batteries for sale if there are issues with the petter?
