Anytime me or my breeding partner Leona had a problem with the meeroos, we had fast, professional and friendly support-team members coming to help us.
Support people usually have the worst job, as they get confronted with the customer that has a problem with the product. From my RL experience, these are the people needing extreme stable nerves.
I just would like to say that they all did each time an awesome work, friendly, calm, supportive and most of all fast.
