I was pleasently surprised this morning when I saw the notice about the regard store petter, the only thing is that finding info about it was difficult. When i checked the site the blog hadnt been posted yet and once it had it did not answer technical questions that are important when know what and how much to puchase. Since I had trouble getting into Roo, I was asking some questions in support which were answered by non MS types and we were quick shushed - it did turn into somewhat of a convo as I was confused.

Anyways, for the future I think it would be helpful to include practical questions on how the thing works along with Meeroo lore in the blog post.

And thanks for listening to your customers and releasing a petter.
