Player caught doing this will receive a warning. A second offense will result in a regard reset. A third offense will result in banning.Is this true and why is it not followed

I sent in a ticket on this been 5 days now and still no response on this. said it is assigned.
When the Autopetter was made Illegal.I was not on line as to all the trouble we had on East Coast with power outages due to storm.5 days later I able to get on line IM's are Capped no warning at all then next day I am ban and all meeroo's are gone whats up with this even the new dryad are gone and the autopetter was never used on them as I got a message about the new HUD the new updated HUD makes the autopetter stop working any ways as you had said in the form ,Basically NO warning were sent out to me and all my Meeroo's were taken. A few days later in the Meeroo support group they were taking about this were you get a warning it was only then when I add more to the ticket I sent in about all of this. All I want is Answer to my ticket and Question I have asked
