Tonite I had to tell my friend that the "expansion" genetics must be purchases seperate from what we have now. She argued with me a bit and said..."but Catherine said...." And I had to tell her what Catherine says now.
I have to tell you, I can be strong when it comes to me and what happens to me. But hearing in her voice her disillusionment and disappointment that once again things were not as they were put out there to be, made me simply furious. Her husband isn't getting the hours they need, she's going through a rough patch and needing to spend more money then she has at this point with having to worry about the normal bills, is a daunting and depressing thought. I bought her a Sula today to cheer her up, this was before she heard this about the expansion.
So, my question of MS is this. Do you honestly think that your slick doublespeak and circuitous logic for not doing as you initially said (on many many counts) is really going to get you by with your customers?
You wonder why customers say it's all your fault and that you are ruining the game....well...with all due respect, this is one perfect example of many where one thing was said and another was done with alot of slick doubletalk to explain why. There are customers that won't even really understand that they are being given slick doubletalk, but even those will have a feeling of being betrayed because a person's word is a person's word no matter how you try to explain away why it's ok to now not live up to it....
That's all I have to say. My heart is angry and hurt for my friend whose is a far gentler, kinder soul than me.
