Dear Catherine, Tiger and Team Could you please responded clearly to the following rumours and statments currently being disscussed in world.

1/ Personal Regards are going to be re-set and or wiped from players who use the auto petters

ANSWER: We have deemed the autopetter an illegal device, and it's use will have an impact on regard. We have tools now that report who is automating the acquisition of regard and skewering the gaming results. Player caught doing this will receive a warning. A second offense will result in a regard reset. A third offense will result in banning. Ultimately, at the end of the day it's not a mechanic we intended, and it is not the game we wanted to make. It's had too many negative implications on our game for us to allow it to continue.

2/ Once you reach level 25 it doesnt matter what your regard is the benefits are the same for everyone on level 25.

ANSWER: That is correct. Bonuses only scale to level 25. If a player has a million over that amount, they still only receive the benefits of a level 25 player. This will increase when the level cap is raised of course.

3/ There is 1 ear and 1 tail trait and a few coats on the current tome undiscovered.......will these be discovered before October or has as it, as it has been interperted been put on pause because of the percieved unfair advantage of the auto petters( I have been working my butt of to unlock these and would really like to know if I am wasting my time until october)

ANSWER: I'm really glad you asked that Shelly! Not all of the coats and eyes will be discovered by October, and we won't ever be done adding free content to the original Meeroos. Today, for example, I okay'ed over 25 new coats in the genetics update (For those who insist we're selling genetics!) These are implemented in traditional updates and having nothing to do with the expansion. We will continue to add updates after the expansion and into the future. The myth is that Meeroos, as they are, will somehow end or no longer be viable to the game. There's nothing further from the truth. If anything, Meeroos once rendered valueless will be have their value renewed to the savvy player. It is also true that combating so many things has consumed vast amounts of time (Exploits, attacks, theft) and has put us behind in development. But there is still much already in there to discover.

and lastly
4/ To get any new traits from this point on you must buy and breed the dryads. many people are being told and believing this one.

ANSWER: This is false. The Dryads are a non-player character from the storyline that we were initially not going to allow players to have but put them on display instead. This was because we do not like to add content to the game that does not participate in player's genetic efforts. The Dryads have no less, no more genetics in them than any other Meeroo. We thought people would enjoy them because of their relevance to the lore and their beautiful coats, even though they do not pass. The do not offer any unseen benefits but still have quality as new blood for many breeders who want to utilize that.
