Am I wrong Here?

For those who do not know better, all delivery failure tickets are automatically assigned by the system to Meeroo Resident by default as this is who you pay for products and this is the account that holds all sale transaction information.
I can't put a number on how many people have access to this account due to it holding all the companies profits, so I can understand the csr response time on these matters to be significantly longer. I can appreciate they are trying their best, but at the same time this should have been planned for.

I didn't recieve almost 9000L worth of Dryad Pillars that I purchased almost 3 days ago now, now granted this was only a small percentage of my actual total purchases within the few days time that dryads have been for sale, that's not the point. I am the customer and they are holding money of mine without delivery of goods for an extended period which in any other instance I would instantly report to linden labs. But there is a support process, and hope in the credible name of the meeroo company that we will receive what we purchased eventually so there is no need for anyone to go there.

But at the same time regardless what Liability the stake in errors made on the part of the system, they have to at some point acknowledge that the only reason they make money on meeroos is because of the money we all make in the secondary market. In this specific case with the release of new items, time is of the essense for sellers, and with the decline of secondary market purchases due to market flooding of the Dryads from so many people buying these items.. by the time I get the meeroos they will most likely be worth alot less than they were and I will not be able to sell them nearly as easily.

Now I am a business man, and I clearly don't expect them to give me a refund of my money for product I already paid for. But at the same time am I wrong for expecting some type of interest-like reimbursement for the amount of time it has taken to receive my product? I do not want to seem like a greedy person, but that money was a good chunk of my initial investment, and overall has caused me to lose money due to having to build up enough capital again from scratch to be able to purchase again and attempt to make a profit while the secondary market was good.

I'm not expecting something amazing, just something that shows "We're sorry, and we understand". Because in the end of this, they are the ones getting rich off of my business.
