Exactly as the topic says... How backed up is support at the moment?
I do understand that things always get busier when there is a release of new items, so I am trying to have patience. However, I put in a support ticket for a failed item delivery and it's been in "assigned" status for almost 60 hours now. That is 2 1/2 days going on three.
I am not trying to be bitchy or negative here. However, if support is backed up more than usual, can someone post something somewhere so people are aware? That way, we don't have people like me sitting here twiddling my thumbs wondering what is going on. :-)
