Please remember this is not an insult, not meant to offend, and not me bashing or questioning motives. It's simply a direct question that's been brought up a few times before, but only in casual conversation. The topic is something that has been brought up numerous times now in both answers and conversations regarding the overhead we all pay for. I think it helps customers better understand where their payments are going when you can explain a bit of the why's and how's of the more confusing parts of the overhead we see mentioned a lot.
Why are you focusing anything at all on bringing Meeroos to the real world when they aren't quite fully stable in second life just yet? I guess to break that down further...why are you expecting your customers here in second life to fund this movement to the real world with payments for products now, when we haven't yet been given a product within second life that even *you are fully happy with?
I fully understand why one would want to go to the real world with a product. So please don't take this as me questioning why you'd want to go into the real world with it, or me saying that I think it's a bad idea, or just some way to make money or something. What I don't understand is why anything at all, especially funding that we provide, is going towards something like that without some sort of stability here first. When there are things in the game more important to the overall product. I don't understand why taking these to the real world even plays a role in your overhead *at this time*, and would like to understand it better.
