I'm confused could Malevay please clarify

Malevay have always had a CSR Team to attend to and fix any problems with nests, Meeroos etc. I have personally always found the CSR Team have solved my problem when I needed assistance, either back in the old chat style or after submitting Support Ticket in the current method.

My confusing is as support has always been offered why does the EULA say "All Meeroos are sold "as-is" and with no guarantees."

Could someone from Malevay please explain this, thanks.

ps the new HUD is great.
