That's my inner neat and tidy coming out so that I will be able to efficiently and easily scan threads for answers to questions I may have that someone has already asked.

ANSWER: Hi Esther - we are going to begin locking threads in the "Questions" forum to indicate when it has been answered so the last post in that thread contains our response linked. We don't want to risk these getting lost. Thank you!
