Mee-pet dipper not working at all

So I bought a dipper from the marketplace today. My roo is attached to a stump I own, I have equipped the dipper, clicked the roo while standing very close, I have COPY/PASTED from the message on the screen regarding name and ID number IN local, correctly. Nothing."

Molly is right, Maybe I need to take a look at the instruction note card and see if Devs can change what it tells you in local, But yes to clarify it is asking for Name OR ID but not both. But I understand it appears to be asking for both, I will forward this to the devs so they can fix it in the future.
