I have also "speechless" been sitting for weeks and seen how conflicts develop, without solution until an admin has had to put a stop to it by locking a thread. The only logical explanation I have personally been able to give "this concept of conflicts," is that there must be some fear deep down.

For I can not understand a culture where: Because you do this, I can do it. Because you call me that, can I call you that. Why is the thought of revenge stronger than to forgive? Why is it so difficult to apologize? Where does the wish of hurting others come from? Why suspect some because they have something "we do not have? Why this constant witch hunt? Why should you have the last word? Why can not you agree that you disagree? Disagreements are healthy. Why can not you see that your actions affect others, your words hurt others? And why is there such a big need to act as police, guarding others?

It is here created a concept that would like to focus on important values: the environment, history, interaction. There is nothing to be afraid of.
