During the meltdown I had a baby ready nest. The baby birthed was different from the baby that was supposed to birth. I filed a ticket on this. It has been about 2 weeks. After about 5 days I got a reply that the ticket was being assigned to someone to take care of it. And that was abut 9 days ago. I saw on the forum yesterday someone else also had this same issue at the same time and their ticket also has not been answered.
I am wondering, has anyone had a ticket for this specific issue answered and what was the outcome? I just want to know what to expect. At this point I am expecting the response will be "sorry, you got the nest you were supposed to get" and then close the ticket. Has anyone had the correct baby replaced?
