I am looking for a fellowship to join along with 5-8 of my current fellowship members.We are looking for a fellowship that has certain qualities.Very much looking for that community/team feel.
1- Respectful to fellow members.

2-Competitive without cheating.

3-Must allow at least 5 of my current members to join.Possibly 8 if there is room( I am dismantling my fellowship I founded and have members who want to go with me wherever I choose to go-)-(this is a must)

4- Does not require it's members to co breed but lets them choose to do so on their own.(I had an offer to join a fellowship before and the founder told me I would have to let him use my Emperor and my other members snowpaw to breed with his or else we couldn't join- this type of behavior is a deal breaker)

5- An active fellowship is a must.I want to be able to make new friends and enjoy other peoples company.

6-A fellowship with an auction area or community area/market is a plus but not a must.

7-A fellowship that has land rentals is a plus also. Not spot rentals but plot rentals from 1024sqm up to half sim sizes would be a huge bonus but not a deal breaker at all.
