So yesterday, I found 3 of my favorite Meeroos in my inventory. I had no idea why they be in there, I am meticulous when it comes to the care of my Roos. I never hold them anymore and I only move them (take into inventory) when I change pairs about every 4 cycles.
So when I rezzed these Roos out of inventory - I got this message - "Grey Meeroo: missed eating 51 meal(s) while away from a food dish! " - Now think people how many days would that take to reach 51 meals? Well, it couldn't be and some of these Roos I had petted hours earlier and noted they were in top shape. Some had had babies within the last few days. SO it just couldn't be. Also I have never even been low on food!

Well, I filed a ticket with a ton of information, I took more time writing the ticket then ever before. Why? Because I know the CSR's are busy and that more info helps.

Then guess what! I found help in chat! Turns out someone else had the same problem, He told me to go look at my land they would still be there. He was right there were all my Roos happy and full! In my fright and confusion I didn't look on the ground. It was all just some D.B. glitch and all was fine, almost. The only thing is on my YOU page with all my affected Roo's information was not listed , I could only get through them through living offspring. The missing Roo's status was - UNKNOWN!

So I updated my ticket and waited.

Well I got the worst response. In fact I dont even know how anyone who read my ticket could of came up with this conclusion.

Now I am upset, and my trust shaken. My intelligence also feels insulted. But I'm okay. Yes, I would still like my YOU page fixed. I would like someone at MS to take notice and try to prevent this happening to someone else.

Yep, there it is, Im being told to go BUY a WHISTLE to return my ROos who are not Starving , NEver were, and are not Missing.
Oh and I love how the Slurl has been added in ! Please!

So why am I sharing this,

Well, I hope it can be used as constructive criticism to MS.

And to all my fellow MS customers let this be a warning to you. You have to be watching and aware. What if I was clueless? What if I didn't try to solve my own problems in chat? What would have happened to me if I just took the CSR's at their word and never even questioned it?

You have to be your own advocate and look out for yourself and your roos!
Hey and thats nothing against MS thats the way the world works. That's how the second opinion was invented in medicine.
