Greetings and salutations to everyone in the community. I generally don't post on forums and prefer to stay out of all the "Sensationalism" when things go awry.
I have been sitting back watching all the drama unfold for a few days now, sometimes i laughed other times i got frustrated, and for the most part i spent my time keeping a watchful eye over mine and my partners Roo's, giving them plenty of hugs, smiles.
A lot has been said, about the company, about the community, about the griefer that caused all the rucus. The one thing that irked me enough to post on here though was the complaints against different people for calling others "Trolls". I kind of laughed at the uproar over this, simply because "Troll and Trolling" have been commonly used for a while now.
So for those of you who might not be familiar with the term -
In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.
Personally when i seen the term used in certain group chats i thought it was deservedly so.
Regardless i dont wish to blab on or cause anymore drama.
I applaud and cheer the MS team for thier diligence and outstanding efforts during this crisis.
And to everyone else out there, I offer you a glass of champagne, or a big fat cigar, whichever you prefer. We survived the great Meeroo attack of 2011.
On a side note - The person that caused all this mess I have one word for you "Karma Buddy"
Stay safe and hug your meeroo tightly today.
