Would it be possible to add an AR item to the support ticket system? Yes, people get out of hand and should step back and cool off, but when someone takes it upon themselves to be the Thought Police on every tread, there should be a means to request a moderator intervene before it becomes a flame war.
Here we are in the midst of a series of problems and people want to let off steam and talk about it. They should be free to do so without someone taking upon themselves to suggest the users stop using the system. That is just another for of a Denial of Service attack.
