Can anyone tell me how to find on the website the status of the Roo database? I'm not able to be in SL right now, and I would like to know the current condition of the Roo database. I would find it helpful to be able to check the status online. It would also be helpful to have a guide online concerning what different error messages mean and what to do when. Hoping you savvy and experienced Roo people can offer information that I obviously am missing. About half of my roos are listed in yellow on the website now, although I feel pretty sure that they are inworld...at least they were when I checked early this morning. Is the database restored and fully functional now? Will the yellow go away on its own? Now, I feel very strongly that our roos should be given regard for the hours when the database was disrupted...and that their age be reversed for the number of days impacted. If the database were to be down four hours....then all of our roos should be given 40 points of regard and one day younger when the database restoration is complete.
