I understand computers get tired too. Caches need to be cleared. equipment needs a wake up.

WHy not this.

Weekly. at some godawful time...Sundays at 4amSLT (i know SL is 24hrs, but its less active this early) the server resets. Hovertext coming from the stumps say "DB restart - do not pick up roos"

This would give the server a chance to let go and do what it needs to do to rest, and prevent issues like tonight where it goes "BOOM I R EATZ ROOS!" or tell the roos they don't like talking anymore

Anyway, just a thought. If this was done at the same time every week, then there wouldn't be the 'I didn't know!' issue. We'd all be used to it.
