I find it disheartening that the creator of the meeroos is making the suggestion that people do not understand how breedables work. I take exception to several points you made in your reply, Catherine. the suggestion that we aren't patient, when I have several roos turning 60 without revealing anything special also has me dismayed. it's not for lack of trying or patience.

Also do not like that Catherine has closed not one but two forums that were trying to address the issues.

Clearly you do not understand why we are upset, if you did you would have removed new traits ENTIRELY from the starter packs, not lowered the odds of getting them.

And yet you released new coats and traits in starter packs, ie instant gratification. I can assure you as I got absolutely nothing from buying starter packs the one time I tested the theory that people were getting new things, I have not been instantly gratified. Those who won the meeroo lottery several times over however were not only instantly gratified but lined your pockets with hundreds of thousands of lindens.

Considering how much money was made by new items in starter packs, I take extreme exception to the comment Catherine made in the now closed forum thread "unfair to all."

I have spent so far over 200,000 lindens in this game and have not made that money back as of yet. I therefore am not the one motivated solely by money. To make such a suggestion not only to me but to many of your loyal customers is a slap in the face and the height of hypocripsy. to say you are calling the kettle black doesn't even begin to cover it. dare I say you are not above reproach in all this, which is proved by that fact that you continuely allowed new traits to be left in starter packs.

I dare say that is projection on Catherine's part, to accuse breeders of not knowing how to properly breed or that they are in it for the money. Projection describes something people sometimes really do but shouldn’t do because it’s unfair to blame other’s for one’s own weaknesses. I think Catherine accuses others of what she herself is guilty of, namely being in this for the money. Doubtful that I'm in this for the money since I am currently losing money. would be nice to make a small profit or at the very least cover the costs of meeroos and food.

Ok I am quoting both Venus and then Catherine. So let me get a clarification here, are you saying that this isn't just a breeding game but a gambling game as well. are you admiting that here Catherine?

we do not want an explanation or apology but we want to see some reasonable changes and not feel we are stupid impatient idiots who simply do not see the bigger picture. not sure what your experience is in the breedables marketplace, but many of us have been experienced buying breedables and playing with them. so we are not idiots, so do not treat us as such.

Don't know about the rest of you, but I am getting nothing further than Reds, Autumns and Sierras. nothing further coat wise no matter what I do. I purchased a Koi and a Koi offspring and got a fawn. :(

according to Catherine, I am not playing the game right, which is kind of hard to do since we don't know the rules. I pet them daily. I answer trivia questions daily. I have high regard and yet not getting new coats/traits. not sure what I am doing wrong other than pissing off and annoying both the creator and scripter. lol
