Two of my roos had a nest.

Then the same male has a nest that has no roo inside but simply says:

Red Buttons - Awaiting

What does this mean?

What can I do about it so that the nest doesn't vanish? Do I drop a female on top of the nest? There's one female in the same stump that is 1 day away from peak and has never mated or nested with anyone...She's named Loner for a reason. ;-)

I took a pic of it but don't know how to post the pic in this post. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
