Computer issues have kept me from SL yet upon my return I find my meeroos are gone, after filing a support ticket I am told lost meeroos from starvation won't be returned yet I am unable to find where there is a terms of service on this site to point this issue out to me. I would assume CSRs would know better than anyone else the perils of RL can take upon SL. I am willing to bet good money if a CSRs meeroos vanished due to RL issues keeping them from SL they would have theirs returned no questions asked.
Seems more like a scam to me than good customer service. lost all 8 of my meeroos including my clover. Have been in this since they were released to open beta. Now I am either left with the choice to coax new meeroos from nests or just say fuck it and quit instead of spending money on something that doesn't have decent customer support. Dish out around 20k on meeroos and food..meeroos vanish...have to buy more to continue playing this "game". Is fraud and bollocks.
