Does anybody know what credentials these people have as far as running a business? Have they had any educational, business, technical or on the job training to be capable of running this type of business? Thirty years collective experience, depending on how large the company, is not that much.
I am also wondering if there is a set of rules for CSR people to follow? I have seen very unprofessional behavior on their part and also some who claim to be part of the company but mat not be.
I have completely left the main group and now wondering if I should leave the "Silent Official" support group as well. However, I am aware that a lot of the stuff going on in the groups is NOT the Support staff, but the rude behavior of the some customers.
I do think it is rare to find a new product with so much controversy and so many downright dissatisfied customers. The only thing they are getting right, it seems, is the very cuteness and appeal of the Meeroos themselves.
It does seem, however, they do need someone with experience to step in and do some Quality Control. An unhappy customer is not a good thing, I do not care HOW successful your company is. Anyone with any Business Knowledge should know that customers are your most important resource.
