I applaud you for making the forums accessable to all. And I'm sure a great deal of effort went into finding the right people to do so. nice move. I would like to add that it would probably be helpful if with each of the forums for different languages a name was included to direct these players to someone for support/help both in world and on the ticket. This would help for requesting specific csr's to better meet their needs and probably eliminate alot of blind help calls in those forums. I know that it's very frustrating for non english speakers to find help in most breedables. Kudos.
