How long must I wait for help with my ticket? I have begged, and pleaded for something. I've waited 2 days with no response what so ever. I am going on vacation THIS SATURDAY! The CSR has told me to leave my land 'open' so that someone can come 'fix' my issue and left me hanging! My land has been open for two days now. TWO! All the while, strangers come wandering onto my property regularly. YES some DO try messing with my roos! This is upsetting and quite unsatisfactory!!!! I will NOT be inworld as often for a total of 10 days. The more time that passes, the more faith and trust I lose in Malevay studios. It just keeps getting worse. I am just glad that meeroos are not 'real' animals. Poor things would be suffering terribly or dead by the time help arrived!
