Odd question perhaps but inquiring minds want to know.

People who just *yesterday afternoon and/or evening experienced the "lost roo" issue, have already had their roos returned. *Some of these people, have never filed a ticket, though some of them have.

Why are some tickets that were filed yesterday *morning and before still going unassigned or answered? Especially when the person filing has been online the entire time.

I believe it was said they are handled in the order received, correct? And yes I do know *some issues will require more, or different, work than others. But with this disappearing roo on rez issue, it's all pretty much the same. So exactly why are some folks being handled before those who filed long before they did(assuming they filed at all)?

I see this causing a bit of strife and I think it's best to nip rumors and such in the butt, before they grow worse.
