I just wanted to post this quickly as I have seen a lot of nasty things said about and to the CSRs and thought you all might enjoy a bit of a change.
I, for one, despite peoples griping I have seen around, appreciate all the hard and tedious work you all are doing.
Between the Asset Servers going hinky and the DB weirdness and now this new issue, you have kept what I consider a timely handle on the queue of Tickets considering the sheer volume that we've been privileged to the number of...
I have had a couple tickets filed myself due to SL just generally being, well, SL... And as such, giving me a major headache... Lol
These have been answered within a good timeframe and with no further issues and it's been great.
I have also loved reading through the Blog posts and the various forums for all the wide range of information shared and whatnot.
I have undertaken a whole new breeding project and outlook this past week and I'm having a BLAST!
Thank you all for the awesome work you're doing and I am VERY much looking forward to what the future holds for these little guys!
