Editing and Deleting/Closing support tickets

This morning I filed a ticket about an issue I found a solution for myself in the meantime. Now I would like to close or delete the ticket I filed because there is no reason to pile up the amount of work with unnecessary stuff, right? But it seems the support system so far doesn't support such features to allow a customer to edit or close a ticket.

Can we please have this imported? And can somebody please close my ticket as no help is necessary any longer?
