CSR Time Out

I want to preface this by saying I have found the customer service I have received from the Meeroos staff to be amazing. My questions have been answered, problems solved, etc. all within a timely manner.

That said, I really think staff members may need a time out. There has been one staff member in particular that has grown increasingly rude and unhelpful in the in world groups. In the last week I've watched her call out members that were trying to help others, "yell" at people for going off topic (instead of a gentle reminder) and be VERY short with non-english speaking members. Today someone was asking about food and she replied with "file a ticket for a lost meeroo".

I've seen roo owners lose their tempers and be told by staff to calm down, take a break, etc. I'm suggesting the same might need to be said of staff. I can't imagine dealing with what you guys do on a daily basis but if you find yourselves that stressed out or feeling the need to start snapping at people, it might be time to walk away, get a drink, take a break, take a breath - whatever.
