I have a question regarding Meeroo starter packs.

Do we need to buy newer starter packs to get newer genetics (like in the case of some other breedables - we needed to buy new starter packs after an update to get new genetics). Or would the new genetics get updated in the existing meeroos code?
So if there were updates involving meeroos and there were new coats, would only new starter pack meeroos qualify having the new genetic lines?
