Still haven't played with these new breedables, still haven't had any help.

On the advice of a friend, I finally took the plunge on Saturday to start my adventure with Meeroos. What an adventure it's been! Although sadly, not the one I was expecting.

You see, sadly, I have yet to receive my Meeroos. I paid for them on Saturday. I went the whole hog and got the 6 Meeroos family pack. Item delivered, money paid and off I went.

Excitedly I went to my Inventory to rez out my new toys :) What I found though was a single tree stump. No chest, nothing else at all. Just a lonely stump. At first I thought it was just a slow delivery so I waited....and waited.... and waited. After an hour or so of waiting and relogging and clearing the inventory, I came to the conclusion that I had just been unfortunate to experience a delivery problem. I've been in SL to know that these things happen and it's by no means the fault of the content creator.

So far, so good. Just a bit of bad luck, but this is where it all goes down hill in my opinion. I was told that I need to open a ticket to get the quickest help because the in-game support group of course, could not help when it comes to matters of transactions. I created a login account to this website, opened up a support ticket, explained my problem and left it at that.

I'm used to getting a very quick response from any creators in SL. It's in their best interests, and as a content creator myself, I know I go out of my way to make sure any customer with a problem is helped out as soon as possible.

I had to wait about 12 hours for a response to this ticket, which is far too long in my opinion, but not a massive issue. The response told me I needed to give the transaction ID (which I had already given) and then they would send me my items immediately.

I believe we have a difference of opinion on the exact meaning of the word 'immediately'. I replied back stating my transaction ID again and I'm still waiting to this day for any reply or any delivery. It's now been 2 days since I logged my original call and nothing at all has been done to resolve this.

It leaves an awful taste in the mouth when you're a first time customer and find this sort of treatment when small, easily fixed things go wrong. I'm at the point now where I think I would just prefer my money back because they've disappointed me and angered me by showing a lack of respect for their customers, but how would I go about doing that? That's right! Another support ticket -.- Which is why I haven't bothered.

My question is, has anyone else felt like the support from Meeroos is inadequate? What is the general consensus? Generally good? Bad?

On a side note, I did some very rough calculations the other night to work out how much RL money meeroos are making from it's customers per week. I can assure you that it's more than enough to provide simple, quick and good support.
