I submitted a ticket to get my spreadsheet working. I was contacted by a CSR out of it but when I looked at my ticket I saw this:
Issue:
can not download my spreadsheet. Tome is connected to my Sl account "no matching record found"

ty for the bug report, i'm looking into it. however, this is a bug report, not a CSR ticket, so i'm closing it.
My question is, if this isnt a CSR issue, what channel do I go through to report a bug? If bug reporting doesnt exist maybe it should? At the end of the ticket is this:
